The terms on which we provide the Biocode website, diagnostics, protocols and products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
These products and services are supplied by Bio Code Group (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa under registration number 2026/302512/07, trading as Biocode. You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account or place an order. Diagnostics and protocols are intended for use within South Africa unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Biocode is diagnostics-first: protocols, peptides, supplements and IV therapy are recommended only against a relevant panel result. We may decline or defer an order where the necessary panel data is not in place, or where a product is not clinically appropriate. Some categories are shown as "coming soon" and are not yet available for purchase; joining a waitlist is not a purchase.
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and, unless stated, are the amounts payable at checkout. We calculate the amount charged on our server from a trusted price list, so the amount you pay always matches the listed price. Payment is taken through PayFast; your card or EFT details are handled by PayFast and are never stored by us. An order is only confirmed once PayFast notifies us that payment has succeeded.
Peptides, hormone therapy and IV infusions are provided and administered only by, or under the direction of, a registered healthcare practitioner, following a panel and where clinically appropriate. Nothing on this site is an offer to supply a prescription product without the necessary consultation and authorisation.
Physical items (for example, home test kits) are delivered to the address you provide; clinic-administered services are booked with you directly. Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk in physical goods passes to you on delivery. Please give a complete, accurate delivery address, as we cannot fulfil an order without one.
Your cancellation and refund rights, including any cooling-off right under ECTA and the Consumer Protection Act, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Biocode provides information, testing and wellness protocols. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and our products do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
The site, its content, branding and code are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from your use of the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
